Bailu is a very good healer, and these light cones will help her even more.

Bailu is one of the best 5-star characters in Honkai: Star Rail, especially because of how well she heals. As a Lightning character on the Abundance path, she stands out as one of the few healers in the game. This makes her a valuable tool for early game teams. If a player is lucky enough to get her, they can use her healing skills to get through tough situations.

Also, Bailu has a unique skill that lets her keep an ally from getting knocked down once per battle. This gives the team a useful extra layer of protection and resilience. As long as there aren’t many nurses in Honkai: Star Rail, players who are lucky enough to have Bailu should make her their top priority. When you give her the right light cones, her skills get even better, which makes it much more likely that the team will be able to beat difficult parts of the game.

Cornucopia

  • Base ATK (LVL 80): 264
  • Base DEF (LVL 80): 264
  • Base HP (LVL 80): 952
  • Effect : When the user uses their Skill or Ultimate, the amount of healing they send out goes up by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%.

Free-to-play players who don’t have access to higher-tier light cones can still improve Bailu’s health with the 3-star light cone, Cornucopia. Since Bailu can heal with both her Skill and Ultimate, equipping Cornucopia automatically improves her Outgoing Healing. This means she will always heal at a faster rate than if she didn’t use the Outgoing Healing light cone. Also, Cornucopia’s rarity makes it easier to reach max level, so players can heal their friends quickly even with a weapon of lower rarity.

Quid Pro Quo

  • Base ATK (LVL 80): 423
  • Base DEF (LVL 80): 396
  • Base HP (LVL 80): 952
  • Effect : At the start of the user’s turn, it restores 8/10/12/14/16 Energy to a random ally whose current Energy is less than 50%. This does not include the wearer.16%/18%/20%/22%/24% .

The 4-star light cone Quid Pro Quo is another great choice for Bailu. You can buy it from the Forgotten Hall Light Cone Store with Lucent Afterglow or get it as a prize for reaching the Trailblazer level. Even though it doesn’t heal more than Cornucopia, since they both have the same amount of HP, it does give Bailu players the chance to get more stats and helps allies get energy, but not as often as Cornucopia. This makes it useful for teams that need to make energy, and it lets Bailu do double duty as both a healer and an energy supporter.

Shared Feeling

  • Base ATK (LVL 80): 370
  • Base DEF (LVL 80): 396
  • Base HP (LVL 80): 1058
  • Effect : The wearer’s Outgoing Healing is increased by 10%, 12.5%, 15%, 17.5%, or 20%. When using Skill, regenerates 2/3/3/4/4 Energy for all friends.

Shared Feeling is a 4-star light cone that can be won in a gacha. It gives Bailu a better way to act as an energy support in addition to being a healer than the other choices. Quid Pro Quo has the same power to generate energy as Cornucopia, even though it gives Outgoing Healing a slightly smaller boost in terms of how much it heals. This makes it a very useful choice for players who have gotten this light cone, since Bailu can use her skill to make all allies heal faster and get more energy.

Post-Op Conversation

  • Base ATK (LVL 80): 423
  • Base DEF (LVL 80): 330
  • Base HP (LVL 80): 1058
  • Effect : Increases the wearer’s energy regeneration rate by 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, or 16%, and when they use their Ultimate, increases healing done by 12%, 15%, 18%, 21%, or 24%.

At first glance, Shared Feeling and Post-Op Conversation may look the same because they both involve regenerating energy and repairing the outside world. But the way they look at things is very different. The goal of Post-Op Conversation is to make the most of Bailu’s Ultimate, not her skill. This makes it a good choice for players who like to use their skill points on other characters more often, especially if they don’t trust Bailu’s recovering bounce skill. With Post-Op Conversation, players can heal more quickly and more effectively. But it’s important to remember that this light cone doesn’t give friends energy. It just helps them save skill points. Because of this, Bailu will only be used as a doctor. In the end, the choice between these two weapons relies on how the player wants to build Bailu and how their team is made up.

Time Waits For No One

  • Base ATK (LVL 80): 476
  • Base DEF (LVL 80): 463
  • Base HP (LVL 80): 1270
  • Effect : Gives the user 12%/15%/18%/21%/24% more max health and 12%/15%/18%/21%/24% more healing. When the wearer heals friends, keep track of how much healing is going out. When an ally attacks, a random enemy hit by the attack takes extra damage equal to 50%/62.5%/75%/82.5%/95% of the Outgoing Healing number. This extra DMG is the same Type as the wearer’s, can only happen once per turn, and is not affected by other buffs.

Bailu’s 5-star light cone, Basket Random, stands out as the best choice for her. It not only improves her healing abilities, but it also raises her maximum HP, which has a direct affect on how well she heals. This light cone is just as useful for other healers like Natasha or any healers in the future who will use increasing HP to heal. Even though Time Waits For No One doesn’t have any energy-generating qualities, it lets Bailu do more damage based on how much she heals. It has a lot of perks that make it a good choice for Bailu in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available for Android, iOS, and PC. A version for the PlayStation is in the works.
